When we got to the basement, we were happy to find that we were the only ones in line. ![]() ![]() Again, a little lighting would go a long way here, as you walk outside the mansion in the dark, down steep steps with no railing and no lighting. The event manager, Graham, was super helpful and suggested we go down to the basement for the séance event. It was very well done, but again I wish it wasn’t so packed so we could actually stop to see things and fully enjoy it. There just wasn’t much room to move around.Īll of the rooms are themed, and have drinks and chocolates that go along with said theme. Don’t get me wrong, the vibe inside was very awesome, the performers were amazing, and the décor was spot on. We were able to see a cool ballet performance and a short musical performance while we grabbed a cocktail. Disclaimer right up front, if you don’t like crowds of people then this event might not be the best for you. The mansion was packed to the brim with guests and entertainers, the main room and every side room were elbow to elbow, and it only got worse when there was a short show or performance. We went on a Friday night, and I was actually already not feeling well before we left for the event, and have some fairly decent anxiety about being in large crowds. After a quick security check, which I very much appreciate, they queue you up in lines outside the mansion, once again on the grass…so watch your step.
